Long story short – my Online Coaching Program combines 1-on-1 email coaching, group support with other members, and a private educational email series…. all for about 1/3 the investment of one of my platinum coaching program.
Please be aware this program is designed to be the perfect solution for 80 percent of the people who would benefit from my coaching – but if you’re dealing with some substantial unique challenges -like a tricky medical issue or being on 20 medications each with a significant list of contraindications for commonly used dietary of lifestyle strategies – then a 1-on-1 coaching relationship would really be ideal.

This program is about supporting you to make the changes that YOU want to make and help you cultivate your ability to make the best decisions that you can make FOR YOU. It’s not about forcing you to abide to the rules of one diet or another. It’s about YOU.
In fact, even though I would describe my own dietary approach as being “Paleo-Ishic” (using a lot of ideas from the modern “Paleo” movement), I’ve found that MANY people who come to me fall into the trap of viewing Paleo in the same way that other diets are treated. Rather than a collection of ideas on healthy eating, it’s something to “fall off” or “get back on”. This is not a healthy way to think about ANY approach towards food.
So that’s why this program is a) non-dogmatic and b) focused on individualism. You’re at a certain point in your nutritional journey and probably have some changes you’re looking at making – it’s my job to support you, help give you clarity, and offer a course-correction if I think you’re setting yourself up for a pitfall.
This isn’t about dieting. This isn’t about mandating that you play a game of dietary “follow the leader” and try to copy my own diet or someone else’s. Personalized. I’ll be looking at your individual circumstances, your food journal, your challenges, your stress level and personality, your achievements … YOUR journey.
Weekly. We can communicate privately each weekend through the private email address I will give you. You post a question or challenge, and I respond with specific feedback and suggestions. Then you implement the changes and we can move on to next thing that you want to accomplish. Changes every week add up BIG TIME. This program allows for to submit new questions each week privately via email – and if you do not have a specific question, I can look at your food journal and we can use that as a conversation starter.
Comprehensive. We’ll be thorough and YOU set the ‘curriculum’. We’ll discuss whatever is most important to you and work on solutions together.

So Here’s How The Program Works:
- You sign up for the specified start date down below.
- On the official start day – the Tuesday of the first week – you and the rest of your group will receive an email with the info on my private email address designated for this program and a link to your private Facebook group.
- You’ll go post some kind of introduction at the Facebook group so you can break the ice with the other members. Discussion can begin RIGHT AWAY once you’re in.
- On the the first Friday, you are encouraged to email me at that private email address and initiate a private coaching dialogue. This is open ended – you can submit a more detailed autobiography than the version that you’ll share for the rest of the great, talk privately about your goals (long and short term), and can ask your first few questions.
- You keep a close eye out for course content in your email inbox and for discussions in the Facebook group. The more you engage, the better.
- Each Friday you’re encouraged to email me to check-in with your challenges and accomplishments for the week. At this time, you can submit your food journal to act as a conversation starter and/or as a tool to help me figure out how we could tweak things in a more favorable direction for you.
- All 1-on-1 email correspondences for this program on my part will be specifically designated to the weekend. Participation in the Facebook group is unlimited – and I generally respond to posts within just a couple hours.
- You get direct and clear feedback on what next steps you should take as well as the social support and accountability you need!
