Thank you again for the energy you brought to the 4 Month Healthy Fat Loss & Recomp program. You may be wondering if there are options available for continued coaching support. You’ll be happy to know that the answer is “yes” and if you feel that you would benefit from additional support, I’ve got you covered.
Since there is likely to be less time commitment on my part for some of these options, compared to a brand new coaching client, some programs are available at a savings compared to their usual rates.
Option 1: 1 Month Training Program Design
Want more workouts? How about new ones that are specifically designed FOR YOU?
What You Get:
A 4 week customized training program, specifically designed for you and your body. Your program will be designed by both myself and body recomposition expert, Rolando Real. By having 2 sets of coaches’ eyes on the program, we’ll make sure you’re getting the best possible training program and that we don’t leave anything out.
We’ll base our program design on your training history, your physical limitations, what movements you are great at and which ones you struggle with. Ideally, you send some training videos so we can get a sense for how you move.
Average turnaround time for your complete program design is one week.
- You must not currently have any significant injuries.
- You must have access to a gym or at least some basic equipment at home.
One month of program design is normally $197, but I want you to be able to try it out and save $50.
Option 2: Skype/Phone Coaching
Want help moving from point B to point C? Or just as importantly, making sure you don’t slide from point B back to point A?
That’s where continued coaching contact can be really helpful. We’ll talk every couple weeks to explore what’s going well for you and what to focus on next.
What You Get:
Two 20-30 minute coaching sessions per month (4 week month, not true calendar month)
Only one requirement – our schedules are compatible. My hours for phone coaching are generally Sunday through Thursday mornings (pacific time USA).
I usually charge upwards of $250 per month for 1-on-1 coaching – and that often involves me answering emails at all sorts of crazy hours. By meeting me for these scheduled coaching calls in the morning, I am able to knock the price down to just $129 per month.
*This program automatically bills every 4 weeks. You can cancel at anytime by just giving me at least 2 days notice before the next charge. Likewise, if you’re in a pinch and need your billing day and/or coaching schedule postponed one month, you can just email me and I’ll take care of that.
