With my 1-on-1 distance coaching programs, I provide comprehensive and personalized coaching for people who are sick of extreme (and temporary) measures and yo-yo dieting.
Working together, we can make non-overwhelming nutrition, lifestyle, and fitness changes to reach your fat loss goals in a physically and emotionally healthy way.
This isn’t about ‘extreme fat loss’ or getting you ‘ripped’ for a one-time event. Working together, we’ll make small changes and form habits that help you achieve lasting fat loss.
Whether you’re looking to lose your last 10 lbs, your first 10 lbs, or anywhere in between, the enemy to lasting success is extreme strategies for getting that result in the first place. By using as non-aggressive of an approach as possible (while still getting results at a satisfactory rate), we’ll blast through your plateaus while minimizing the potential for rebounding.
The power of community can be very helpful for creating change, but I know that some people prefer more personal attention from their coach or may need some quicker initial changes to build momentum. That’s why I take on a very select number of 1-on-1 clients to work with.
In our strategy session, we’ll figure out what type of program would best support your needs and goals – whether that’s a group program or a 1-on-1 program.
How We Do It:
- By identifying, understanding, and addressing your personal “limiting factors” – the unique challenges that are holding you back.
- Solidifying the habits you need for lasting success
- Coaching throughout the month – via email and/or phone (phone consultations are available mornings pacific time USA)
- Determining appropriate calorie and macronutrient targets (if necessary)
- Customized fitness training program designed in collaboration with Body Recomposition expert Rolando Real (for select programs)
