Here’s a little secret that all top trainers know….
The hardest person to train is yourself.
It’s tough stepping outside of yourself and your usual routines, looking objectively at your background and goals, and figuring out how to prioritize your exercise time to get where you want to be.
This is tough even for people who are qualified to charge top dollar for training! So I totally empathize with how tough it is for non-trainers to figure this stuff out on their own. It’s confusing!
Should you do high reps, medium reps, or low reps? Should you train 3, 4, or 5 times a week? Which exercises should you prioritize, which exercises should you work on a little bit, and which ones should you skip altogether?
These (and more) are the questions a professional should be asking to figure out the best course of action for you. So when you’re OUT of the gym, you can save your time and mental energy from not thinking about this stuff. And then when you’re IN the gym, you’ll be confident you’re doing the right things and you’ll see the benefits from using your time as wisely as possible… AND avoid frustration.
Previously, I only included customized program design for my VIP 1-on-1 coaching clients who were paying several hundreds of dollars per month and for a minimum of 3 months at a time. But I’ve decided to open up this service to people who want less of a commitment and may not need as much ongoing support
What You Get:
A 4 week customized training program, specifically designed for you and your body. Your program will be designed by both myself and body recomposition expert, Rolando Real. By having 2 sets of coaches’ eyes on the program, we’ll make sure you’re getting the best possible training program and that we don’t leave anything out.
We’ll base our program design on your training history, your physical limitations, what movements you are great at and which ones you struggle with. Ideally, you send some training videos so we can get a sense for how you move.
Average turnaround time for your complete program design is one week.
- You must not currently have any significant injuries.
- You must have access to a gym or at least some basic equipment at home.
- You must promise to not listen to Nickelback while using our workouts. Okay fine… do what you must. But we can’t promise the results in that case.
If you were to work 1-on-1 with a trainer at a ‘big box gym’, you could be looking at $50-70 a session. At 3x a week, that’s $600 – $840 every month! And while there are some great trainers that work at the big gym chains, often the training is lackluster and the program design is either ineffective, not-individualized, or both.
More experienced and independent trainers like Rolando and I are able to command significantly more than that (about double), but obviously that’s not realistic for most people. And instead of forcing you to hop a plane and go to the San Francisco Bay Area or Puerto Rico and training with one of us 3-5x a week, we’d like to give you our expertise in a done-for-you way so you can take our programming with you to the gym and get great results for a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 training.
One month of customized program design is only $197. However, if you’re one of the first 20 to sign up in 2015, you will get TWO MONTHS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE.
